What happens at the end of the contract?

  • Vehicle will be collected from the address as advised on original contract details or returned to officially appointed agent of funding partner.

What happens if I exceed my contracted mileage?

 

  • Excess mileage over and above that agreed on contract will be charged at the rate set at contract inception.

If I have a non maintained contract do I have to service the vehicle?

 

  • Proof of full service and maintenance record in compliance with manufacturer service schedules will be required regardless of maintenance contract by  duly authorised or approved agent of the manufacturer. 

What if I am unable to locate the spare key at the end of the contract?

 

  • All original keys and spare keys must be returned with vehicle or will be charged.

 What is classed as chargeable damage at the end of the contract?

 

  • Any damage over and above fair wear and tear along with damage caused due to misuse or negligence is chargeable (full details available on request)
